OTD, OTR/L

Dr. Gohar Ghushchyan-Tigranyan earned her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), then completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at A.T. Still University. Her doctoral research explored the lived experiences of mothers with spinal cord injuries, giving her a deep, family-centered perspective on care.

Driven by a strong sense of curiosity, Gohar continually studies new research and treatment methods to better support children and their families. She completed post-professional training in Ayres Sensory Integration® (through CLASI) and is qualified to administer both the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) and the Evaluation in Ayres Sensory Integration (EASI).

Gohar is also trained in DIR® Floortime and the Therapeutic Listening® Program, which she thoughtfully incorporates to support the whole child across home, school, and community life.

Outside the clinic, she is a mother of two who loves ballet and cherishes time with her children and husband.
